Cross Tech2 Marvel Collection Pen

I was so excited when Cross reached out for me to try their new Tech2 Marvel Collection pen, and even more excited when it arrived because my boyfriend is a major Captain America fan. It's both a classy ballpoint pen + stylus on the other end.

The fun part about hand-lettering to me is that I can use basically any writing tool and create calligraphy-style letters using a simple technique. I love that even a basic ballpoint pen can be used to create art in the right hands! And handwritten notes will always have a place in my life, no matter how much technology continues to grow. Everyone needs to have a good pen on hand for those moments!

Thank you Cross for sending me this pen that is a great blend of quality and tech functionality, especially for superhero fans.

So as I was praying about what to share with you all, I decided to choose the words "You are enough" because being in relationship with God is enough to satisfy and sustain me. My identity is in Christ and His redeeming power to give me life. 

Feelings of inadequacy and insecurity are from the enemy - don't believe those lies! Hold fast to the promises of God and the confidence we have in Him. 

As long as we seek after God's will and abide in relationship with Him, what we do is enough. Instead of comparing myself to others, or finding my worth in what I do, I am choosing to declare that Christ is enough for me, and I hope that this reminds you all of the same.

Can I be really honest? I was slightly terrified to take this leap. There are so many unknowns and details, and it's all pretty intimidating on my own. I've been feeling fearful of delving into the unknown, and anxious that I am not doing enough. I have felt inadequate and doubtful of my own abilities.

But I am confident that these feelings of fear are from the enemy, and that God has good things in store for the future. I am confident that He can transform our weakness into powerful forces for His Kingdom. My desire has always been and will always be that people will see God's light and love through my life and work. I trust that He will always provide for our needs, and that He will never leave us.

So here I am, slightly nervous, but also excited for what God is still going to do through my lettering endeavors. I pray that you are encouraged to take risks and pursue the purposes God leads you into. I pray that we will be fearless and intentional about glorifying God through our words and actions.
